Next I stopped at the
San Fernando Cathedral. It was founded in 1731 and is the oldest, continuously functioning religious community in the State of Texas.

Travis, Crockett, Bowe's were exhumed from the sanctuary of the Old San Fernando Church and reburied in current San Fernando Cathedral.
